In detail…

We assist our clients in preparing a Greek-style “holographic” Will and can store it for you, if you so instruct. We can also assist you in preparing a Public Will (“notarial Will”) through our network of associated Notaries in Greece.

Further on, we can probate any Wills according to the due procedure (including foreign Wills that have already been probated at the foreign Court) and/or assist the heirs in determining their rights under the Will as well as challenge/dispute any Wills on any legal basis.

We have litigated with success against the effect of typically invalid or forged Wills or Wills made under duress and coercion.

We also assist in determining if a Will is suitable by Greek law standards; and/or whether the heir may seek to claim more than the bequest or entitlement under the Will based on legal provisions of “nomimi moira” (the “minimum” forced-share right of descendants etc.).
