We can represent you anywhere in Greece; and conduct title searches at the Deed Recorder offices (“Ypothikofylakeio” and “Ktimatologio”) in order to retrieve your titles/deeds, ensure that your rights have been properly registered and remained unharmed by trespassers or third-party claims.

We issue detailed reports for you and advise you of further actions that must be pursued if your property’s registration is either pending or incomplete or not up-to-date, which is a very usual occurrence with properties in need of registration under the new National Cadastre system (“Ktimatologio”).
